Watch our webinar on reshaping user experience with cognitive design

Watch our webinar in partnership with IBM, as we explore how customer needs are being met with artificial intelligence and cognitive design solutions.

Cognitive design is an artificial intelligence principal, which uses data to understand customer behaviour and intentions resulting in an experience that is tailored to an individual.

Customers are demanding more of products and services from companies. They expect their core needs to be served as a basic requirement and they expect this to be covered by the entry level price point they pay.

As a consequence, marketers and designers are having to harness technology to design experiences that are more contextually relevant, timely and human.

In partnership with IBM, our online webinar explores:

  • Exploring how data and technology is being used to design better, more human customer experiences.
  • Talking to two organisations – Wimbledon, which is just starting to use cognitive to inform an enhanced fan experience and CogniToy, which is using cognitive as the driver for user experience.
  • Considering what the next generation of wearables and connected home products might look like, if designers can harness more cognitive principles.
  • Discussing how experiences can be designed, so that customers still have a level of choice and control as products and services get smarter.

The webinar is available now. Just sign in or register your details below to watch the webinar on-demand.

I had the same problems with the form, and then once I’d registered I still had to log in again… and then the webinar didn’t seem to have any sound (not my computer as other webinars are working in the same browser).
